Insight into Mumbai 26/11 Attacks

Following is a report by an investigative journalist Wayne Madsen into Mumbai 26/11 attacks. It is compelling and may give an alternate perspective other than simple terror attack argument. Please read.

WMR previously reported that the violent and bloody attack on Mumbai represents a pay-back from exiled Indian Muslim Mumbai gangland warlord Dawood Ibrahim who fears that the CIA was conspiring with the Pakistani government to extradite him from Pakistan to India. Such an event would effectively cede control of Mumbai's lucrative organized crime territory to Hindu extremist criminal syndicates allied with the Hindu terrorist Shiv Sena group.
The targeting of the Lubavitcher Chabad House in Mumbai, where a New York rabbi and his wife were killed by one team of gangsters that arrived by sea from Pakistan, was likely more score settling by Ibrahim who suspected that Israeli Mafiosi were conspiring with Hindu extremist gangs to supplant Ibrahim's criminal influence in Mumbai.

Reuters Photos of Dead At Bin Laden Kill Site

ISLAMABAD (Reuters) - Photographs acquired by Reuters and taken about an hour after the U.S. assault on Osama bin Laden's compound in Abbottabad in Pakistan show three dead men lying in pools of blood, but no weapons. The photos, taken by a Pakistani security official who entered the compound after the early morning raid on Monday, show two men dressed in traditional Pakistani garb and one in a t-shirt, with blood streaming from their ears, noses and mouths. The official, who wished to remain anonymous, sold the pictures to Reuters. None of the men looked like bin Laden. President Barack Obama decided not to release photos of his body because it could have incited violence and used as an al Qaeda propaganda tool, the White House said on Wednesday. Based on the time-stamps on the pictures, the earliest one was dated May 2, 2:30 a.m., approximately an hour after the completion of the raid in which bin Laden was killed. Other photos, taken hours later at between 5:21 a.m. and 6:43 a.m. show the outside of the trash-strewn compound and the wreckage of the helicopter the United States abandoned. The tail assembly is unusual, and could indicate some kind of previously unknown stealth capability. Reuters is confident of the authenticity of the purchased images because details in the photos appear to show a wrecked helicopter from the assault, matching details from photos taken independently on Monday. _________ Cryptome: The bodies in photos 1 and 2 are lying on terrazzo flooring with visible metal dividing strips, customarily used on lower floors but may be used on upper floors too. Terrazzo is usually installed on concrete slabs. The body in photos 3 and 4 is lying on loose floor covering atop terrazzo visible at left in photo 4. Marble floor base trim is seen in photos 2 and 4.

This is the age of information, the IT and above all the media, both print and electronic. It is said that after the renaissance of media across the world, the wars are fought and won with the media being on the frontline.

Be it US attack on Iraq or be it a terror attack in India, the media is immensely used to propagate one’s views and perception. Interestingly, Ghafoor, who was said to have been acting “suspiciously”, was found to be carrying a camera with him, and to be riding a motorcycle “with a number plate that was found to be fake when checked”.

*The most shocking intel in this context is, the Transfer of Intelligence Command from Afghanistan to Pakistan very recently, no where else but in the safe offices of US Embassy Islamabad, The Largest US Embassy on Earth, Since the very first Start of US Expenditure when ambitious US$1 billion initially allocated [3] to expand its presence in Pakistan's capital city of Islamabad underscores Washington's resolve to consolidate its presence in the region, particularly in pursuit of the endgame in the "war on terror".  It is & now clearly a biggest threat to Pakistan Defense, As Recent Reveleation told us the So Called Raymond Davis was working on Arming Militants with Nuclear Fissile to help attack on Pakistan Nuclear Security Creditability on the Directions of US Embassy Islamabad. [4]   

 "...the US will spend $405 million on the reconstruction and refurbishment of its main embassy building in the diplomatic enclave of the capital; $111 million for a new complex to accommodate 330 personnel; and $197 million to construct about 250 housing units..."  [5] “Clearly these are people who would be coming under cover of diplomatic assignments for covert operations that would be detrimental for Pakistan’s security interests,” said an expert on conditions of anonymity.[5]

To Understand the Significance of (So Called) Raymond Davis case, One Must note three Points.

• The Whole Operation, somehow paused right after the Davis was captured, like no drones Since his capture[6]. The American Embassy spokesperson, Courtney Beale when contacted said that the embassy does not speak on security issues therefore she did not have any comment on the drone attacks’ stoppage after the Davis issue. 

•  The Panic in Pro American Pakistan Elected Dictatorship[7]

•  Evidence of Raymond Davis Contacts with Militants. [8] A disturbing situation for USA. 

Analysis:

The last point in above mentioned point is so significant, although many Americans were caught in the past with the same/Similar Evidence but subsequently released by the directions of Interior Ministry of USA for Pakistan, Rehman Malik (Interior Minister) in Particular, showing the immunity for almost all the Operatives caught seeking help in distress. But This case is different because of the Massive involvement of Public Eye in this case, Involvement of an Operative in the Murder of Two Pakistanis with Enough Evidences. Enough to keep him in custody and not to release him fearing Public Anger. 

By looking into the sensitivity of his capture from the eyes of USA, I wan't to conclude that he will be released soon or USA & Pro American Gov of Pakistan will not quit until his release. People must keep it in mind before targeting Pro American Government after or before his release, that targeting Pro American Government will not return an significant result but Panic and Uncertainty, however Targeting US Embassy in Islamabad will be the right choice as par technical point of view to engage US embassy (as well as Intelligence Command hidden Inside) in order to halt the Operational Capacity of US Intelligence Command.

Military takeover, not a possibility for Pakistan

The recent research and study of Intelligence X result in projection
that any "Army takeover of Pakistan would be harmful".

The factor which drive to this conclusion is based on public opinions, reaction and their capabilities of action. Noting also the use of
above public sentiments by media and political parties to profiting from the scenario.

In the long-term prospective, Pakistan is likely to face a full fledge war in the near future. If the military regime assumed the power prior
to the would-be possible war situation -- the top brass both civilan and military would be unlikely to acquire sufficient majority moral support during critical war time. As it has proven from defeats in history of Pakistan in 1971, Afghanistan pro-Soviet regime collapse in 1980s and recently Iraq in 2003.

For the current destabilized situation in Pakistan, military
establishment must rely on secret agencies to further their ligamate agendas from behind the scene in ultimate benefit for Pakistan's
defence and safety. More empowerment is recommended for the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) which is already running in its full
potential and whose role is the most critical in such times of crisis.
There is urgent need for the expansion of ISI operations abroad to counter domestic terrorism.
